The Sommelier will be responsible for:Creating a strong wine program at the restaurant Wine pairingWine salesFood & Beverage coordinationEffective communication of the wine program to guests Promoting the wine story across various digital and offline channelsQualificationsWine Pairing and Sommelier skillsExperience in Wine Sales and Food & BeverageStrong communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureAttention to detail and excellent tasting abilitiesCertification in wine studies or sommelier training is a plusPrevious experience in hospitality industryKnowledge of international wines and wine regions
