ServiceNow Lead - 8 - 12 years of experienceJoining time: Immediate - 30 days maximum.Location: BangaloreResponsibilities:Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of customer requests from a groomed and prioritized backlogWork as a senior dev team member to convert customer requests into technical solutions and make the necessary changes to deliver the request according to best practiceWork as an active team member on the team to help define targets, obstacles, & action plans both for internal processes as well as external business processes.Write test plans, test steps, ensure quality development is maintained, approve users’ stories from a technical standpoint, and create another artifact documentation as neededAssist in other functions of the team as needed (i.e...
