Role & Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lithium ion battery packs and cells to Electric Vehicle OEMs in the region.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the Electric Vehicle industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay ahead in the industry.Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.Preferred candidate profile :Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in selling lithium ion battery packs to Electric Vehicle OEMs.Proficiency in major South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is essential.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Ability to travel within the region as required.Excellent organizational and time management abilities
