About Kadence International (International is a dynamic, multi-national, full-scale customized market and social research Insights Company. In India, Kadence International has three full service offices and seventeen field offices. We also have an extensive network of teams covering all the states and union territories in India.The Social research division in Kadence provides research and survey services that caters primarily to the Government, development sector organizations, CSR functions of private sector organizations and other international research organizations. The team uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods and specializes in conducting baseline and end-line surveys, project impact assessments and evaluations, formative research, opinion surveys, concept and communication testing. Summary of Job responsibilities: ·      Preparing tenders for research contracts·      Receiving instructions and project briefs from clients·      Outlining objectives·      Directing and undertaking pilot studies and fieldwork·      Collecting, analyzing and interpreting qualitative and/or quantitative data·      Writing reports·      Identifying and advising about possible strategies·      Controlling budgets·      Managing staff.·      Local, national and occasionally international travel may be required.Qualifications and training required·      Masters or PhD degree holders·      6-9 years’ experience in marketing or related field·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Power point·      Strong communication and presentation skills·      Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.·      Strong analytical and critical thinking
