Beyond that, it has also had the honor of being named the Best Organization for Women by The Economic Times in both 2022 and 2023, and the Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work in 2022 and in 2023.Job PurposeThe role holder will be responsible for selling Godrej Housing Finance's loan products – home loans, loan against property for SEP and SENP customer profile.RoleMeet customers on builder/ developer site locations and pitch our loan product offerings to themConduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assignedCarry out the pre and post-loan activities related to the home loans, meaning: acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting the loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality.Getting legal, credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customers’ queries.Inform potential clients about the requirements, T&C of the home loan product, the procedures to obtain a loan, the importance of the payments on time, the penalties system in case of not paying on time, insurance, etc.Inform the client about the Credit decision on their applicationQualification & experienceMBA with 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales. Background in mortgage Sales preferredEssential skills Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Experience in selling financial product – HL/ LAP, Insurance, is a must.
