This leadership role requires an individual who can amplify the company’s presence in sports—especially golf, cricket, soccer, field hockey, and football—while driving impact, innovation, and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Brand RepresentationServe as a brand ambassador, leveraging sports to empower youth and shape tomorrow’s champions.Develop and implement high-impact sports strategies and events aligned with business goals.Focus on key verticals—especially golf—for national and international engagement.Program & Event ManagementDesign and manage an annual calendar of events across all sports initiatives.Organize grassroots programs, competitions, and training camps to identify and nurture talent.Ensure world-class infrastructure and high-quality equipment access.Team Building & Talent DevelopmentBuild and lead a team of internal sports professionals and external advisors.Develop a network including coaches, academies, scouts, and sports marketing experts.Operational Excellence & ComplianceEnsure initiatives are aligned with budgets, contracts, and safety regulations.Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment.Commercial Strategy & Revenue GenerationDrive sponsorships, partnerships, and audience growth across flagship sports properties.Lead commercial negotiations and manage sponsorship deliverables.Marketing, Media & Digital EngagementCreate and oversee marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and content strategies.Amplify brand presence through storytelling, photography, videography, and social media.Data, Insights & Performance MonitoringTrack KPIs, media value, and performance metrics across sports programs.Deliver reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to stakeholders.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationRepresent the company in interactions with athletes, media, fans, sponsors, and partners.Maintain strong personal relationships, especially within the golf community.Communicate milestones and updates to internal and external audiences.Reporting & Knowledge ManagementReport regularly to the Director of Sports and Recreation.Maintain comprehensive databases, documentation, and data integrity.Market Intelligence & Strategic AdvisingStay updated on national/international sports trends and developments.Evaluate sponsorship proposals and provide data-backed strategic advice.Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in Sports Management or a related field.15+ years of experience in sports management, including brand and sponsorship leadership.Strong track record with live sporting events across national and global stages.In-depth knowledge of golf (critical focus), hockey, soccer, and cricket.Proven success in driving revenue, brand affinity, and ROI in sports properties.Proficiency in sports analytics and performance metrics.Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, lead diverse teams and work across high-pressure environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Olympic-level or elite international sports programming.Passion for strategic, data-driven decision-making.Growth mindset with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous learning.What We OfferAn opportunity to shape the future of sports in India and beyond.A dynamic and innovative work environment within a global brand.Competitive compensation and benefits.Exposure to high-impact events, global partnerships, and legacy-building initiatives.
