Responsibilities:Transaction Delivery and Project Management1. Coordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project. This would include close interaction with the working level team members of the client and other stakeholders in the project like off-takers, lenders, etc.2. Develop an understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing3. Develop knowledge about high-end, complex financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & and taxation principlesClient Interaction1. Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.2. Respond to the client’s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of the team lead.3. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs and requirements. Business Development1. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.2. Support in responding to the development of proposals requested by potential clients Qualifications & Skills:-1. Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools.2. 3 to 7+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only.3. Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms will be preferred.4. Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.5. Strong Financial Modelling Acumen
