This position involves teaching, research, and service responsibilities, with an emphasis on preparing the next generation of educators and advancing knowledge in educational theory and practice.Qualifications Required:B.Ed. / M.Ed. / Ph.D. in Education or a related field.UGC NET or equivalent qualification.A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in the field of Education.Preferred Skills and Expertise:Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and curriculum design. Experience in preparing pre-service and in-service teachers for effective classroom practices.Familiarity with integrating digital tools and e-learning platforms in teaching and training.Proven ability to conduct and guide research in areas like educational psychology, assessment, and policy studies.Knowledge of inclusive education practices and teaching strategies for diverse learners.Understanding of school management, leadership, and policy-making processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Education.Mentor students in their academic, teaching practice, and research projects.Develop innovative curricula that incorporate current trends and educational practices.Conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs for teacher development.Engage in research, publish in reputed journals, and present at conferences.Collaborate with schools, educational institutions, and government bodies for projects and internships.Participate in the administration and development of the department’s academic programs.Contribute to community outreach and capacity-building initiatives in education.
