Role DescriptionApplicants must have atleast 4 years of work experience in Intellectual Property Litigation.This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at Wadhwa Law Chambers. The Intellectual Property Litigation Associate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting, attending hearings and trials, and assisting in the preparation of briefs and other documents.QualificationsLLB/LLMLicensed to practice law in India4 years Experience in intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, and design infringementStrong legal research and writing skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with an ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience of Intellectual Property litigation is mandatory
