Inspire Institute of Sport is looking for an Associate - Strategy & Planning to join our team in Vijayanagara, karanatka.Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Stakeholder CoordinationSupport the High-Performance Director in executing strategic priorities.Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks.Drive end-to-end project delivery with consistent follow-ups and coordination.Ensure timely task completion without the need for reminders.2. Athlete Support & Performance MonitoringTrack athlete performance, training loads, and readiness.Coordinate athlete assessments with Sports Science, Coaching & Medical teams.Execute Athlete Development Plans with clear timelines.Maintain up-to-date records on progress, injuries, and return-to-play protocols.3. Data & ReportingUse Excel and analytics to track performance metrics and generate insights.Create high-impact presentations for strategy reviews.Collaborate with analysts for real-time decision-making dashboards.4. Operations & AdminMake presentationsWork on research and analysisPrepare agendas, minutes, and ensure prompt action on decisions.Coordinate across departments, internal and external teams.5. Communication & Leadership SupportEnsure proactive, clear communication with all stakeholders.Manage internal and external partner relationships.Act as the go-to for high-performance updates and queries.Keep leadership informed with regular status reports.6. ConfidentialityHandle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports Management, Business, or related field.Experience: 2–5 years in high-performance sport (elite centers, national teams, or pro clubs).Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).Understanding of performance tools and athlete monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft Skills:Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven.Strong communication and time management.Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Preferred:Exposure to Olympic/professional sports ecosystems.Experience with elite athletes and support staff.About Us:The Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) is a cutting-edge environment founded to craft champions in India with an eye on success at the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
