Portal management and customization (with practical experiences) Excellent knowledge of Case, Incident and Request management, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences 6+ years Hands-on ServiceNow CSM and ITSM experience. Agile Methodology: Experience of working in SCRUM. Testing strategy and execution Specification writing: ability to clearly document the technical solution including the high level design and the troubleshooting guide Strong problem-solving skills Good understanding of release management and code versioning best practices Knowledge of ITIL processes
