Reporting to the Commercial Head – Corporate Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial and its’ growth. Key responsibilities:This role has overall responsibility of ACV targets and business development for Corporate services. To ensure consistent and rapid growth in sales across all service line.Generating leads and market expansion.Identify and prospect new corporate clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.).Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase the company’s services and solutions.Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Understand clients' business needs and offer tailored service solutions.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Lead contract negotiations and close deals with corporate clients.Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.Work to close sales while ensuring profitability for both the client and the company.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.Gather and analyze customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve service offerings.Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.Provide feedback on service improvements or new service offerings based on client interactions.Key requirements: 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or related fields.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.Preferable to have an experience of one service line, Global entity management, Accounting & Tax, Payroll, EORBachelor’s degree MBA or CS (preferred but not mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.Basic knowledge of CRM software Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft .Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Company Benefits:At our Vistra ITCL office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
