Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Solar Manufacturing is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a strategic advisor to the manufacturing leadership team. The role involves driving key HR initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and employee relations, tailored to the needs of a high-tech manufacturing setup. The HRBP will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency, build a high-performance culture, and ensure HR best practices within a dynamic solar manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Partner with plant leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for shop-floor and technical roles.Manage employee life cycle processes including performance appraisals, training & development, and succession planning.Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.Address employee concerns, ensure workplace harmony, and promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with central HR teams on policy implementation, audits, and HRMS usage.Monitor and improve employee engagement and communication practices at the plant level.Maintain HR dashboards and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
