Data Entry & Admin AssistantLocation – Delhi, IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry tasks including updating records, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.Support general administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and office coordination.Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates as per job requirements.Maintain and organize candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external applicants.Draft and format documents, emails, reports, and other correspondence as needed.Help coordinate onboarding procedures and maintain personnel files.Ensure all administrative and recruitment processes comply with company standards.Provide additional support to various departments as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or recruitment support.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
