Job Title: Zonal Manager, OperationsLocation: DelhiDepartment: OperationsKey Responsibilities:Uphold the brand equity of the organization and act as an ambassador.Ensure smooth operations through scheduled and unscheduled site visits.Control site expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.Develop and implement SOPs and EOPs, and ensure teams follow H&S guidelines.Maintain discipline and conduct at all sites, and ensure statutory compliance.Conduct training sessions and measure their efficacy.Meet customers during site visits and prepare minutes of meetings.Ensure timely salary disbursement and manage payroll processes.Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely invoicing.Review site performance through MMR, QBR, and P&L reviews.Promote sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental guidelines.Manage transitions and implement transformation programs as needed.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular safety briefings.Qualifications:Diploma equivalent from Indian Navy.Any bachelor's with similar Experience.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Geographic Area of Responsibility: NorthMobility: Frequent travel to client sites
