Full job description:We seek a Sales-talented and Hardworking Sales Manager to join our Pioneer Services an interior and construction firm, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.Identify and target potential clients within the interiors and architecture industry.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.Track and report on sales metrics and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of successful sales experience in the interiors or related industry.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years experience in Interior or Architecture firm.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills:Sales StrategyClient Relationship ManagementNegotiationMarket AnalysisSales PresentationsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication SkillsSalary is not constrain for deserving candidate.Very handsome Incentive as target slab.
