This role demands technical expertise, strategic account management, and the ability to influence key decision-makers across the MEP ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & StrategyDrive sales and business development of HVAC products (pumps, valves, sensors, etc.) in the assigned region.Support and manage national sales operations and regional performance.Expand and nurture the network of sales representatives and MEP channel partners.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, solution-oriented communication.Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for key accounts, HVAC consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams and customers.Business DevelopmentLead the approval/specification process of products with HVAC consultants, PMC firms, and end clients.Conduct user engagement meets, product presentations, and training programs.Leverage relationships with influencers and decision-makers to position Ensavior as a long-term partner in MEP projects.Sales Operations & CoordinationManage and update MIS and regional sales reports.Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for accurate and timely responses.Handle inquiries, generate techno-commercial proposals, and drive closure of deals.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience:15+ years of experience in HVAC Sales, Business Development, or Project SpecificationStrong understanding of HVAC products and MEP project cyclesPrior experience in handling key accounts, consultants, and institutional clients preferred
