Position: Content StrategistLocation: Delhi/NCR - HYBRID (Should be available for team meetings & to direct shoots)Experience: 1-3 yearsType: Full-timeBudget: Upto 5LPAWe’re looking for a high-energy content strategist who can write, design, and bring brand stories to life: someone who owns the voice, leads the charge, and loves building community through content.If you're as comfortable writing killer copies as you are planning content calendars, and can turn our insta profile into a scroll-stopper, this one's for you.What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across Instagram, website, and moreWrite copy for static posts, carousels, emailers, and brand campaignsDesign static creatives on CanvaIdeate, plan and direct video content in collaboration with our video producerOccasionally appear on camera for stories or reels (optional but encouraged)Build relationships with influencers and creators for collaborationsOwn the content calendar and ensure consistency, quality, and performanceWrite 4-6 blogs/month aligned with brand tone and SEO directionCreate Emailer Campaigns through MailchimpYou Are:A content generalist with a bias for action and a sharp design senseGreat at writing for socials - fun, punchy, relatable copy is your jamConfident with Canva (basic animations and clean layouts are a plus)Confident with Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMRUSH etcA proactive communicator who enjoys owning and driving projectsIn tune with internet culture, community-building, and storytellingInterested in growing with a young, fast-moving consumer brandThis is not a backseat role.
