About the Role:DAX Software Solutions, a leading IT services provider based in the USA, is seeking a skilled PRTG Consultant to join our offshore team at AX Technosoft in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network monitoring and management using PRTG Network Monitor. This role involves working closely with our US-based clients to ensure their network infrastructure is monitored effectively, providing insights and solutions to maintain optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:PRTG Implementation and Configuration:Design, implement, and configure PRTG Network Monitor for various client environments.Customize PRTG sensors, maps, and dashboards to meet specific client requirements.Integrate PRTG with other monitoring tools and systems as needed.Network Monitoring and Management:Monitor client networks for performance, availability, and security issues.Analyze network traffic and performance data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.Provide real-time alerts and notifications for network anomalies and outages.Client Support and Consultation:Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding PRTG-related queries and issues.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client network performance.Provide recommendations and solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of PRTG configurations, changes, and procedures.Generate and present regular reports on network performance and health to clients.Develop and update user guides and training materials for clients.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network monitoring and management.Proven experience with PRTG Network Monitor, including configuration and customization.Skills:Strong understanding of network protocols, devices, and infrastructure.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.Certifications:Relevant certifications in network management and monitoring (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible working hours and remote work options.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to shsingh@/careers@.
