Role Overview: As a B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for consultative selling of our online UG & PG degree programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You’ll play a key role in guiding prospects through the enrollment journey—from inquiry to admission—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. Responsibilitieskey Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and maintain regular follow-up with previously contacted leads to achieve sales objectives. Engage with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats, providing them with a compelling learning experience. Understand each lead’s background, educational goals, career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, etc.). Develop impactful and engaging discussions with prospective candidates, ensuring their enrollment in our learning programs. Employ data-driven sales management techniques, effectively managing the entire sales funnel and leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and No Paper Forms. Emphasize high-quality sales practices and adhere to strong sales processes, driving results and meeting targets consistently.Qualifications0-6months of experienceShould be a graduateStrong written and verbal communication skills
