Build and maintain strong relationships with account representatives to drive collaboration andgrowth opportunities.Sales Monitoring: Track daily sellout, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, ROI, and profitability.Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends and data to identify gaps, understand customer behavior, and devise strategies to boost sellout and market share.Account Operations: Manage all operational aspects of the account, including: Sales forecasting and planning. Maintaining purchase orders (POs) and ensuring stock availability. Managing discounts, pricing strategies, and advertisement spends.P&L Responsibility: Take full ownership of the accounts P&L, ensuring optimal profitability and cost management.Category & Product Planning: Plan the category and product roadmap in alignment with the marketplaces focus areas andcustomer preferences. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, factory, marketing) to ensure timely delivery, efficientoperations, and the implementation of account-specific strategies.Qualifications: Proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.
