We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment.Key skills requiredProven working experience in contract management and execution of EPC thermal power plant (Capex value above 500 Crore)Have thorough understanding of process from Concept to Commissioning of a thermal power plant Have in-depth experience in handling contract administration including claims and disputes Key roles and responsibilitiesManage CXOs and project team with good interpersonal relationship skillsSupport client on commercial and contracts administrative aspects of an EPC based contract.Review project progress on daily basis and support client on overall contract administration with objective to achieve project within stipulated timeline and approved budgetSupport client on drafting claims and counter claims to vendors, contractors and owner.Record and analyze change in scope from Owner, Contractors and VendorsMaintain delay register on site which can be used as irrefutable evidence in case of disputes and claimsHelp client identify issues and risk at ground zero and develop mitigation strategies for completion of project within budget and stipulated timelineProvide Client handholding support till Trial run, Performance Guarantee Test and Project Handover of both the unitsGenerate MIS and other Exception reports related to project progress and delay to enable Client to take swift actions/ interventions at ground zero Qualification:B.E./B.
