Lastly, this is also a great role for those who are looking into strategy and consulting roles in the future as it will give you the exposure and experience necessary to develop strong business acumen.ResponsibilitiesSupport Investor Accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for Caprae’s investor clients, especially those in the process of evaluating or acquiring businesses.Coordinate Diligence Activities Help facilitate smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams to ensure all diligence items and next steps are on track.Track Deal Progress Monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools.Provide Light Financial Review Assist with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles; coordinate follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams.Maintain Accurate Records Update and manage investor-related data and communications in Caprae’s CRM and reporting tools.Ensure High-Quality Communication Help prepare investor updates, responses, and reports.
