This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers, retailers, and distributors.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to respective authorities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and pricing structures.Build client relationships, handle objections, and close deals.Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to prospects.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Applications from outside Delhi NCR will not be consideredNegotiation & Persuasion Skills: Confidence in handling objections and closing high-value deals.
