The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven experience in IT staffing, bench sales, or vendor management, with a deep understanding of the US market and a track record of success in placing consultants on contract positions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and consistently exceed sales targets.
