We are seeking a highly driven Applications Development Manager to lead development for our Synergy and Vista product lines. These solutions are central to our innovation roadmap and serve high-impact domains across [Human Capital Management, and Property Management].The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Java, hands-on experience in designing scalable systems, and a passion for driving technical excellence and delivery outcomes in agile teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross-functional engineering teams across Synergy and Vista products.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical vision and roadmap.Architect, design, and review complex systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.Drive implementation using Python and Java technologies while promoting clean code practices.Mentor team members through code reviews, one-on-ones, and regular feedback loops.Ensure timely delivery of features while managing technical debt and project risks.Establish best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.Own team performance metrics, sprint planning, and resource allocation.Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure quality and uptime.Drive innovation, PoCs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.Strong programming expertise in Python and Java.Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Solid understanding of system design, database architecture (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems.Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working on healthcare or HR/payroll platforms.Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.Experience leading globally distributed teams.Knowledge of compliance and data security best practices.Apply here-sapna@
