Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Experience & Sales Manager to lead front office interactions and drive sales for group experiences at Elevate – Team, Sports & Adventure, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest service, energetic about sales, and skilled at managing both individual and group client experiences — including corporate outings, birthday parties, family events, and team-building programs.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)Client Handling & Front Office• Greet and manage walk-in clients with a warm, welcoming approach.• Serve as the primary contact for all on-ground guest experiences and queries.• Coordinate smooth check-ins/check-outs for group bookings and events.Sales & Lead Conversion• Handle inbound and outbound sales queries from individuals, families, and corporate clients.• Convert leads for birthday parties, team outings, and adventure packages.• Upsell premium packages, food & beverage combos, and group offers.Corporate & Group Engagement• Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Event Managers of corporates.• Create tailored experiences for companies and large group bookings.• Manage pre-event planning, booking confirmations, and post-event feedback.Event Management Support• Coordinate with internal teams to execute birthday parties, team activities, and sports events.• Ensure event set-up, decoration, and flow are as per client expectations.Reporting & CRM• Maintain daily client interaction logs, bookings, and revenue tracking.• Share weekly reports with sales heads and management teams.Qualifications & Requirements• candidates only.• Bachelor's degree.• 1–3 years of experience in front office, event sales, or hospitality.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Energetic personality with strong customer focus.• Experience in managing events or activity-based venues is a plus.Perks & Benefits• Incentives on target achievement• Opportunity to work in a vibrant, dynamic team
