Planning in Transport/Urban Planning or MBA in FinanceExperience:Minimum 10 years of relevant working experiencePrior experience working with government clients is essentialPrevious experience with firms such as Big-4, JLL, CBRE, etc.Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projectsProficiency in understanding and preparing Feasibility Reports and Financial ModelsExperience in Market Feasibility studies, preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP), and Concession AgreementsSkilled in Bid Process ManagementProject Types:Urban Transport projects including Metro, Bus Service, ISBT, Parking Assets, City Bus Services, Asset Monetization for land-based assetsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage urban transport projects from inception to completionDevelop and review feasibility reports and financial modelsPrepare and manage RFPs and concession agreementsOversee bid process management and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsCollaborate with government clients and stakeholders to ensure project successProvide strategic insights and recommendations for project improvements and innovationSkills and Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools and software
