The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project tasks, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management. The role will involve day-to-day project management activities to ensure project success and quality deliveries. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning and delivery across a range of strategic business initiativesDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with internal stakeholdersDevelop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate across departments and teams to ensure alignment and executionTrack progress and performance using appropriate tools and frameworksProactively identify roadblocks and drive resolutions to keep initiatives on trackProvide regular updates, dashboards, and communication to company leadershipEnsure initiatives are executed efficiently, within scope and budget QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related fieldMBA or PMP certification is a plus5+ years of experience managing cross-functional business or operational projectsDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving partsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across competing demandsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvementKnowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus
