Job Description

Revenue Manager will be responsible for managing International Clients for Strategy Cues.Managing the revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments and holiday homes will be the key. A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions. We are focused on adding value to our partners on every parameter that we engage with them.Chance to travel in India and abroad and interact with diverse set of partners - rather than just a day to day pricing and inventory management. This position will undergo intense training orientation process for optimal returns on the time invested. The revenue manager will also help in recruiting and training new team members coming on board in due course of time as the company expands.We are keen to onboard someone with focused approached of handling end to end revenue management processes. The focus of the company is to grow internationally and it aspires to be a leader in the coming decade in outsource revenue management and distribution functions.Ensure successful commercial strategy is laid out for our partnersEnsure that the culture formed by the founder is replicated in all the actions undertaken on behalf of the partners Adjust strategy according to market trend to achieve a maximization of rooms sales and revenue for the hotel / holiday homes / hotel apartments Assist the Founder to finish all departments’ revenue budgets and forecast According to the trend complete the weekly and monthly rolling forecast Organize the weekly revenue meeting with the founder for all partners, making sure all sales strategies are executed and supervise sales and marketing actions.Ensure he is able to learn and teach the best practices of Revenue management systems, PMS tools and OTA extranets. Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all channels and develop systems that assist the partners to further grow their business opportunities. Maintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems. Evaluate the daily revenue and market confidence, giving suggestions of price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams.
