We are committed to grassroots change and community development for underprivileged and marginalised populations.Role SummarySshrishti Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director – Programs & Operations to support the Director in driving program excellence, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of India’s New Education Policy (NEP) and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, along with a strong background in the NGO sector. Please note: Candidates with only corporate or private sector experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities1. Program Management & ImplementationLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of education, skill development, and community programs.Ensure integration of NEP 2020 and FLN principles across all program curricula and activities.Monitor outcomes, ensure impact assessment, and drive quality improvement.2. Strategic Operations & SupportAssist in aligning programs with the organization's long-term strategy and goals.Facilitate cross-functional coordination between program teams and support units.Drive operational effectiveness across field locations in Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand.3. Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate with government bodies, donors, and partner NGOs.Represent Sshrishti at external forums, conferences, and strategic meetings.4. Compliance & ReportingSupport timely reporting, donor documentation, and impact reports.Ensure alignment with FCRA, 80G, 12A, and other statutory requirements.5.
