We’re looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to take charge of revenue growth and customer expansion across regions. This role is perfect for someone who combines sharp business acumen with strong on-ground sales execution. You’ll be responsible for owning the region’s sales targets, building client relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving business strategy in alignment with company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue goalsIdentify high-potential accounts and lead the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closureBuild deep client relationships with a consultative, long-term viewCollaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions for regional needsLead a team of sales executives or channel partners, ensuring strong performance and accountabilityMonitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer insights to shape growth strategiesManage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and weekly/monthly reporting with clarityRepresent the company at industry events, client meetings, and business forums within the regionWhat You Bring6–12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in regional or multi-city sales managementStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing large/strategic accounts or enterprise clientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHands-on with CRMs, sales metrics, and regional market analyticsSelf-driven and resourceful—able to work independently and make region-specific decisions
