We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Immediate Start |Full-Time | On-Site |New Delhi)We’re looking for acreative, strategic, and self-driven Social MediaMarketing Specialistto join our growing team. Based in New Delhi, you’ll help us bring brand stories to life across social media platforms — through both organic content creation and paid marketing campaigns.What You’ll Do: • Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (reels, posts, stories, carousels). • Strategize, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads. • Monitor analytics and optimize content and ads for performance. • Work closely with our creative team to develop new ideas, maintain visual and brand consistency. • Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and platform's best practices. •Prepare content calendars and execute content pipelines • Develop and grow the business accounts' social community and online presence.Skills & Experience: • 2-3 years of experience managing social media for brands. • Strong understanding of paid marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads). • Good sense of storytelling, branding, and content aesthetics. • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (optional but a plus). • Excellent written and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership.Interpersonal Skills: • Display professionalism and good work ethic • Skilled and Adaptive • Team PlayerBonus if you: • Have experience in the creative, lifestyle, home or wellness sectors. • Know how to run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)Location:New Delhi (On Site, Close to Malviya Nagar Metro) Compensation:Competitive and based on experience.How to Apply: Send us your resume, portfolio, and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit -pointblankproductionshiring@
