Just great taste—at home, in cafés, and everywhere in between.THE ROLE We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who gets that brands are built in the details—how we look, sound, show up, and behave. Someone who can protect what makes Beanly feel like Beanly, while still knowing when to bend the rules. (Because honestly, we’ve broken most of them to get here—and that’s worked for us.)WHAT YOU’LL OWN- Brand Strategy & Identity Be the guardian of the brand across all formats—digital, packaging, retail, cafés. Manage and evolve our visual identity, tone, and creative standards. Ensure every touchpoint—whether it’s a shelf, screen, or store—is unmistakably Beanly. Marketing Calendar & Campaigns Plan and lead brand campaigns, product launches, and café moments. Drive reach, awareness, and share of voice across digital and offline. Bring a creative POV to media, influencer collabs, and cultural interventions. Social Media & Content Own our social media presence—from Reels to memes to ‘Coffee Spam ☕’. Lead internal and external creators, ensuring content feels fresh, premium, and you-can’t-ignore-it. Turn the day-to-day into moments that grow our following and make fans out of customers. Café Activations & Events Plan café-level campaigns—from new store launches to hyperlocal promos. Execute pop-ups, sampling drives, and in-store events that get people talking. Collaborate with ops to bring brand experience into the real world. Cross-Functional Execution Work with design, ops, retail, and founders to turn brand into business results. Track what works, what doesn’t, and what could break the category. YOU’LL FIT IF YOU: Have 3–6 years of experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG, QSR, Tier 1 Marketing Agency). Think in ideas but execute in calendars, decks, and checklists. Have an eye for design and detail, and a gut for what’s culturally sharp. Understand when to stick to the script—and when to flip it. EXTRA POINTS IF YOU’VE: Worked on fast-scaling brands (CPG or coffee is a bonus). Run café marketing, influencer campaigns, or retail activations.
