Purpose of the role: The role will execute Medical Affairs activities of the allocated therapeutic area(s) and Products to achieve desired Business Goals., Preparation, execution and exploration of the Medical affairs strategies for specific region for all Products in allocated therapy area aligned with Business objectives.Key Job responsibilities: • Build a Win-win relationship with Regional KOLs, National KOLs in region, Key HCPs, via Scientific activities and Medical initiatives or programme execution • Broaden the composition of Scientific experts on various concepts, products • Speaker identification, creating opportunity for new speaker development and rising stars in the field of Women’s Health/Gynaceology, or Critical Care &, Emergency medicine (or other fields), leveraging the opportunity to Business • Active involvement in Medical insights gathering and sharing, Market Research, New Products, Concept Advocacy, Clinical Data Generation, wherever/ whenever needed. • Regional owner of medical and scientific, medico-marketing activities, in compliance with applicable codes and company policies • Conceptualizing and Driving one dedicated Regional level Project involving various stakeholders and support other HO lead Business Projects with Medical inputs • Execution of Medical affairs strategies and plans for Key Products in assigned therapy areas in the region • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and others to drive Product Strategy, Communications Strategy with External Stakeholders for respective regions • Program related: Preparation and participation in various Medical symposium/events /“Key-Speaker-Training” activities (Focus groups or Expert Meetings) • Communication related: Develop and present medical and scientific communication; communication of safety-related topics for all key products • Lead and conduct New Product and disease area/therapy Trainings for Sales and Marketing teams, basic, advanced and refresher training program for the regional representatives or sometimes for allRequisite for the role: MBBS/MD with1-3 years of work experience within Medical function Frequency of travel - 10-12 Days of travel in a month Person will cover North zone and East zone (Partly)
