Team Leader - Inside SalesIndustry: EdtechJob Summary:We are seeking an experiencedTeam Leader - Inside Salesto lead a team of sales representatives in promoting our Edtech products/services to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and develop the inside sales team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive sales growthRequirements: - Experience: Proven experience in inside sales leadership or sales management in the Edtech industry. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and strategies. - Product Knowledge: Good understanding of Edtech products/services and industry trends. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.Leadership:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
