You will work on peer-to-peer networks, secure messaging, cryptographic protocols, and blockchain integrations within a privacy-focused environment. This is afull-time, on-site position . Candidates passionate aboutsecurity, networking, and decentralizationwill thrive here.Key Responsibilities Design and implement back end systems fordecentralized communication and data transfer . Develop and optimizeP2P protocolsand secure messaging layers. Buildsecure relay nodesandoffline messaging support systems . Integrateadvanced cryptography . Supportself-hosted deploymentswithDockerandKubernetes . Collaborate with AI engineers and participate incode reviewsandsecurity audits .Tech Stack You’ll Work With Languages : Golang (strong expertise), Rust (optional) Networking : libp2p, QUIC, Onion Routing (Tor/I2P concepts) Cryptography : libsodium, liboqs (PQC: Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon) Blockchain : Decentralized Identity (DID) integrations, smart contracts (optional) DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Monitoring : Prometheus, GrafanaRequirements Strong backend development skills, with solid expertise inGolang(Rust is a plus). Good understanding ofP2P networking ,distributed systems , andencryption . Practical experience withDocker ,Kubernetes , andself-hosted environments . Passion fordecentralized technologies ,network security , andprivacy Willingness to work on-sitefull-time.Bonus Points Experience inMixnet overlaysor anonymous routing systems. Exposure toblockchain integrationfor decentralized identity or staking systems.
