We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Sales Director – US Staffing to lead business development efforts and drive aggressive growth in the staffing vertical. If you're a rainmaker with deep industry knowledge and client relationships, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sales strategy for our US Staffing division, with a focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the US staffing market. Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across industries. Collaborate with delivery/recruiting teams to ensure alignment and successful fulfillment of client needs. Negotiate client contracts and pricing structures. Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Collaborate closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure exceptional client service and fulfillment. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans. Hire, manage, and mentor junior sales team members as the organization grows.Requirements 7+ years of sales experience in the US staffing industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Deep understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire models. Strong client network and knowledge of the US staffing landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation,Strong Customer Serviceand presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
