Job Summary The Technical Content Writer will create compelling, accurate, and engaging content to educate Paycio’s audience about our payment solutions, with a strong emphasis on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences, including developers, businesses, and end-users. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, guides, and FAQs, focused on Paycio’s crypto-integrated payment solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure content accurately reflects Paycio’s technology and value proposition. Create developer-friendly documentation, such as API guides and integration tutorials, to support Paycio’s crypto and blockchain features. Conduct research on cryptocurrency trends, blockchain innovations, and fintech developments to produce thought leadership content. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and engagement, working closely with the SEO team. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content, adhering to Paycio’s content guidelines. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with technical and regulatory standards in the crypto space. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience as a technical writer, with at least 1 year focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech topics. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, smart contracts, DeFi, and blockchain protocols. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence). Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics or Yoast. Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience writing API documentation or developer guides for crypto or payment platforms.
