The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Tasks include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, overseeing performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an on-site role located in New Delhi.Qualifications Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Strong skills in employee relations and performance management Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Previous experience in the conference management or related industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
