Should understand the lifecycle of sophisticated B2B SaaS products and various iterations associated with it.Looking for somebody who can start immediately or maximum within 30 days.Should have experience managing multiple workstreams for multiple products simultaneously. Champion innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven development and coding automation practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.Product Delivery & Process Leadership Oversee the full SDLC to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality SaaS products. Implement agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed, quality, and scalability. Align engineering and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.People Leadership & Talent Development Lead, grow, and mentor a distributed team of over 100 engineers across multiple geographies. Build world-class engineering capabilities through strategic hiring, upskilling, and organizational design. Cultivate a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and excellence.Stakeholder Management Serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, and business leadership. Clearly communicate technical strategies, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Drive alignment across departments to ensure cohesive and successful execution.Key Qualifications 15+ years of progressive leadership experience intechnology roleswith a strong focus onB2B SaaS . Should have been in a technology leadership role with a successful B2B SaaS with stable history of employment. Proven history of delivering complex software solutionson time and within budget— repeatedly exceeding customer expectations. Deep technical expertise in: MEAN Stack(MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) PHP / Laravel AWS Cloudand infrastructure-as-code DevOps/CI/CDbest practices Data engineeringand scalable architecture. Should have strong experience with building analytics/reporting platforms. Strong understanding and adoption ofAI-driven coding automationand modern development tools. Experience managing100+ engineersinglobal, cross-functional teams . Deep experience intechnical hiring, talent development, and team mentoring . Strongcommunication and leadership skills— able to influence and align engineering, product, and business leaders.
