Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to close incoming deals and convert warm leads into successful clients through Google Meet interactions. If you're a persuasive communicator with a passion for closing deals and building client relationships, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesEngage withincoming leadsand prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings. Conductproduct/service presentationsand discovery calls overGoogle Meet . Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to fit. Handle objections, negotiate terms, andclose deals independently . Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Consistently meet or exceedmonthly closing targets .Eligibility & Requirements:Proven experience in sales or business development (inbound lead management a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong closing skills and the ability to drive a deal from inquiry to contract. Comfortable with video conferencing tools (especially Google Meet).
