Sales Counsellor for makeup academyRole Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Counsellor & Tele caller. The position is based on-site at our New Delhi location. The main responsibilities include calling potential clients, counseling them on our beauty and makeup courses, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments for consultations, and following up with prospective students. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, participating in marketing activities, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills Experience in telemarketing, customer service, and sales Ability to manage customer inquiries and handle various administrative duties Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience in the beauty and makeup industry is a plus Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality relevant work experience
