Oxxy aims to bridge this gap and improve patient's chances of survival.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for the COO position at Oxxy. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of operations, tie-ups, profitability and growth, including sales, marketing & revenue streamlining. The candidate will develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to achieve financial and operational goals, while also ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Advise the CEO on insights as well as provide coaching to employees. Handle and tackle areas/departments which are not there as yet or need improvement. Be assured that you have in-depth knowledge of Health Insurance business. Must have deep connections & contacts in corporates & Insurance industry.Candidate Profile Extremely confident, energetic and resourceful. Sales and Business Development background. Preferably has an experience in Health Insurance Business. Should be able to network and do cross tie-ups with various agencies across the board. Should be confident and achieve targets, which is a must.Qualifications Experience with a track record of getting sales targets achieved Strong knowledge of the health insurance industry and market, with experience in health insurance or related areas preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve goals and objectives Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis Understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirementsApply if you : are capable of growing business india-wide through various channels can manage various tasks to run business smoothly have a vision to grow and help in company growth can take decisions independently can manage people/ agencies with ease
