Job Description

Job Summary:Develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with the organization's values, goals, and relevant international standards (Sustainable Development Goals), reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) , SASB(Sustainability Accounting Standards Board , TCFD(Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) , CDP(Carbon Disclosure Project) ), and regulations (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ).Key Accountabilities:Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments at the local, national, and international levels. Ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable ESG regulations and standards. Develop and implement processes to track and manage regulatory changes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization to embed ESG practices into their respective areas. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on ESG-related matters. Promote a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the organization. Develop and deliver ESG training programs and workshops for employees to raise awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices. Promote a sustainability-focused culture throughout the organization. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation. Contribute to the development of thought leadership on sustainability within the organization and externally. Project management skills to plan, implement, and monitor ESG initiatives. Strategic thinking to develop long-term ESG strategies aligned with business goals. Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing ESG-related software tools. Leadership qualities to drive organizational change and foster a sustainability culture. Adaptability and resilience to navigate the evolving ESG landscape.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:Strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and relevantregulations. Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP). Knowledge of environmental issues, social concerns, and corporate governance standards. Financial acumen to understand the link between sustainability and business value.Essential Skills/Expertise required: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess ESG risks and opportunities and analyze complex data.
