With a presence in over 25 countries and a track record of serving a significant portion of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative work environment.Job Details: Experience required-5-8 years of experience as a Server Admin CTC Bracket -Competitive and commensurate with experience . Qualification-B.E./B.Tech in Computer science or Information Technology Location –Delhi, Bangalore and Lucknow Notice Period:Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with Notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)Mandatory Skills:Expertise inadvanced troubleshooting , RCA, and handling critical escalations. Strong experience inenterprise server and storage architecture(Windows/Linux, SAN/NAS). Proficiency inbackup/DR strategy , including RPO/RTO alignment and testing. Hands-on skills inautomation and scripting(PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible). In-depth knowledge ofIT security , compliance (ISO, NIST), and risk mitigation.Responsibilities:Lead resolution ofhigh-severity issuesand perform deep-dive diagnostics and RCAs. Design and manage enterprise-levelserver and storage infrastructurewith performance tuning. Develop and implement robustbackup and DR solutions , ensure policy compliance. Driveautomation initiatives , Infrastructure as Code, and performance monitoring.
