Techsharks provides powerful IT and Digital Marketing Solutions globally to help businesses function smoothly and thrive in a competitive market.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Techsharks Internet Services Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also engage with clients to provide IT and Digital Marketing Solutions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements.ResponsibilitiesEngage with incoming leads and prospects via email, calls, and virtual meetings. Conduct product/service presentations and discovery calls over Google Meet. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to fit. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals independently. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing targets.Eligibility & Requirements:Proven experience in sales or business development (inbound lead management a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong closing skills and the ability to drive a deal from inquiry to contract. Comfortable with video conferencing tools (especially Google Meet).
