Role Summary:This role seeks a highly creative and conceptual design thinker to solve brand challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design aesthetic and expertise across all facets of graphic design, with equal enthusiasm for layout, presentation, color, and typography. The position involves producing significant amounts of collateral and digital materials, requiring clean, innovative design solutions that consistently uphold our brand's visual identity.Key Responsibilities:Maintain high-quality creatives, strong attention to detail, while operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Collaborate with marketing and design team members. Take direction from the Creative Director and company leadership, while taking ownership of design excellence. Interpret creative briefs and determine tactical requirements. Clearly present ideas and mocks. Conceptualize, develop, and produce display ads, social media graphics, e-books, case studies, data sheets, infographics, slide decks. Create on-brand graphics including icons, photo collages, backgrounds, vector illustrations. Additional Skills:Video editing skillsMust Have:2+ years of progressively responsible experience! A deep understanding of branding and communication design Expert skill level with standard Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides-and excited about tackling new tools Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate professionally with stakeholders Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism.
