Position Overview M Intergraph Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a results-oriented Sales Person with over 5 years of experience selling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), FMS (Facility Management Services), and IT services. This role demands prior experience with an IT System Integrator and an established network of client contacts in both the Government and Private sectors. The successful candidate will thrive in a challenging on-site environment within Delhi NCR.Key Responsibilities -Business Development & Client Engagement: - Identify and target potential clients in both the Government and Private sectors while leveraging an established network and industry insights. - Develop strategic sales initiatives to promote AMC, FMS, and IT services tailored to diverse client needs. -Sales Cycle Management: - Lead the entire sales process from prospect identification to contract closure, as well as post-sale support. - Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure continuous service satisfaction and business growth. -Collaboration & Coordination : - Collaborate with technical and service teams to design and deliver effective service solutions. - Prepare and present compelling proposals and bids for tenders in both the public and private sectors. -Market Intelligence & Reporting: - Evaluate client feedback and market trends to continuously refine the sales strategy. - Regularly report on sales performance, market challenges, and opportunities for business expansion to senior management.Qualifications & Experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling AMC, FMS, and IT services, with prior experience at an IT System Integrator. - Established client connections in both the Government and Private sectors are essential. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline. - Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - A proactive “go-getter” mentality that thrives under pressure.
