We’re looking to onboard a dynamic Sales Executive who can identify, pitch, and close high-ticket clients for our influencer and digital marketing services.Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and smart filters to find the right decision-makers (founders, marketing heads, CMOs). Build a qualified pipeline and drive conversations.Pitching & Sales: Pitch Social Bird’s services with clarity and enthusiasm. Customize proposals based on brand goals and audience. Work with internal teams to align sales communication and creative deliverables.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing clients. Be proactive, responsive, and professional in all communications.Target Management: Meet monthly targets for outreach, calls booked, proposals sent, and deals closed. Track performance metrics and update CRM systems regularly.Required Skills & Profile: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, ideally in a marketing or digital agency. Must be highly proficient with LinkedIn: DMs, InMail, group discussions, and content engagement for lead generation. Excellent communication (written + verbal), storytelling, and presentation skills. Confident in pitching and handling objections. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Google Suite, CRM tools, and lead trackers.
